Removed Herobrine.

So here it is.
I have been searching on YouTube for this and I never knew what it is.
Did someone really find the "Herobrine" without any mod? Or is it a prank?
If someone can answer this it will be great.

He's talked about this months and months ago, he never had a dead brother (Which is supposedly the reason for herobrine, to tribute his dead brother), and the only step brother he has is alive and well...
The origin of Herobrine is from these guys who do a livestream of minecraft 24/7, they're called GITS (Ghost in the stream), they were called brocraft back then (This was late 2010).
I used to be a very active member of GITS for quite a while, and I have personally talked to Cope about the entire story, he said he got the idea from a show he was watching one day when he was drunk and it was a show on ghosts and there was a picture of a black figure with white eyes. He decided to reskin the iron door to be the default character with white eyes.
"The Herobrine story was popularized with a hoax that was staged on August 30, 2010 on the Minecraft video stream “Brocraft”, now called “Ghost in the Stream.” Copeeland, the stream’s creator, showed Herobrine, suspected to actually just be a retextured painting or iron door, near the end of the stream at 20:45. The video has since been deleted."

I COULD BE A TACTILE_FLUTE!
Procrastinating is an art. You can either do it well, and naturally, or you suck at it and have to practice.

Just a possibility. Herobrine isn't real.

Like I said, the origin of the entire thing is from a minecraft livestream called Ghost in the Stream started by Copeeland (Yes, 2 e's).
If it was in the game afterwards, that was purely notch humoring us for fun, by no means was he serious or suggesting the original purpose of herobrine was true.
Currently downloading Minecraft alpha 1.2.4 and hopefully going to decompile and look for any evidence in the code.
EDIT: As a matter of fact, I just downloaded all the .jars from indev to current using a program called MC Nostalgia.
Will be viewing code later looking for anything suspicious
