For a Western History class, we had to do a report on Renaissance artists. I did mine on Donatello after she mentioned the ninja turtles all were named after some
What i liked about Donatello was his work with bronze. However, his carving of Mary Magdalene i found very impressive

A rather shakey, emaciated depiction of Mary Magdalene which he completed in his 60's

This, like every other thread, is derailed.Couldn't we just avoid petty arguments to prove one's dominance over the other through literacy and JUST GET ALONG? D:

I don't think an argument based on literacy and actually having more knowledge on a subject would be considered petty.

And no, I will permit no idiots in my presence...I will cull them from the herd.  VosenCult will feast upon them.

Da Vinci designed robots (that work), super forts, and mapped out most of the human  body. He  was so afraid of his tank falling into the wrong hands that he left one part out of the schematics, and took that knowledge to the grave.
He made the crank make both wheels go different directions, no?

Back on topic, I like Luigi Russolo's work, especially his futurist piece "Dynamism of an automobile". It gives a sense of movement even though it's fixed and the colours work together nicely.
