We've heard your suggestions, and I've unpinned this thread. We will not be taking any more suggestions because I think this thread's usefulness is at an end.
The suggestions have been turned into a forum restructure proposal, and I've placed it in review within the private Moderator section. We'll see where it goes from here.

I suppose it's too late to suggest a combination of a few ideas I've seen here. but fuck it here it is. This just hit me a few minutes ago.
There are a lot of musicians on these forums i.e., Carver, Legion, Ulcano, Aenean, and myself. And literally 100% of any advertising I ever do is in the Music section. This doesn't sound completely necessary, but I propose a sub-forum similar to the Releases section in Programming where you can advertise your music and post releases n stuff. Again, not completely necessary, but I don't like turning the music section into a huge advertisement.
Kind of stole the plug yo shit idea and combined it with the fact that within the next couple months, I'm releasing an album and was planning to advertise in the music section.
Anyway, that's all I have to contriboot.
