Okay, I don't think I've made a single quality post so far (sorry about that sappy intro thread XP), so here's my attempt at showing you guys something actually productive that I do: drawing!
Since the almighty Krakenfal prevents me from spewing images everywhere as of now, I'll just post some links to the works I am the most proud of (if anyone cares):

http://kattsentientb...rt/Me-646245756

This last one has some really jacked-up perspective (as kindly pointed out by a friend in the comments), but I'm still happy with how the things I got right turned out:

So, whaddya think? I tend to be super lazy when it comes to drawing, so I don't have much to show off. I do have a new picture in the works, though.

Also, for the sake of your own sanity, please don't look at my older pictures on DeviantArt. :P

It's cute in a cartoon sorta way. You have a pretty good style and your use of color isn't bad either. Keep it up!

I use this font ironically.

Thanks! That's what I was going for.

On a side note, apparently WIX just bought DeviantArt. The staff wrote a very vague journal about it and a lot of people are freaking out in the comments. I'm not really sure what to think at this point, but I could always just flee to Twitter if I need somewhere to crap out art once DA inevitably becomes obsolete.

Again, I don't really know what to think right now. I'm just thinking of possibilities, and DA's staff haven't exactly been making that many good decisions recently (in my opinion).

Everything becomes obsolete at some point. I'm just hoping that whatever WIX decides to do with the site makes that point occur later rather than sooner. Many people are comparing the situation with when Google bought YouTube. However, the difference there is that YouTube is a very difficult site to replace. So, even though people heavily disagree with some of the company's actions, there's nowhere else to go.

Or, you know: everyone's reactionary worrying could be for nothing and WIX could make DA great again.

Edit: Somehow, editing this post on mobile screwed up the quote. :(

Thanks! :D
It just takes time to improve at art, if you ever feel like giving it a try.

(Hallelujah: I actually hit the right button this time. XD)

Coloration is good, linework is alright in the context of style, shading and perspective(with respect to the third picture) is not that great.

What was weird is that the latter two pictures made the art seem like a stylistic choice, but the first one just came across as poorly drawn.
All in all, good job. You're much better than most people, in any case.

Noted.
Any tips on how to improve the shading? I have a long ways to go with perspective, but shading is something I could tackle now.

Just navigate through Google a lot until you start seeing some results. I'm not in a position to say anything because I'd have to relearn all of these things if I wanted to teach them.
